Tricia Nae: Christmas Tour 2011

I wanted to share some pictures of our little apartment all fancied up for Christmas. I say fancied...but really, it's not that much. I would love to go all out...but given the lack of space (and budget!)...that isn't really an option. Last year we barely got our tree up, so I consider all of this a marked improvement!

Here is the entry. This is a little dresser that my mom picked up. It is SO old and chippy...I LOVE IT!! We added caster wheels and are in the process of adding crystal like knobs (we are having a hard time finding enough of them...sigh). It still needs some sanding to remove some of the old paint that used to be behind the old knobs. Anyway...I think it is just so fun!

Also, I have a bad habit of not putting pictures in picture frames....pay no mind to that little green one! Ha.

Our tree, in the living room. There is like NOWHERE to put this tree in the apartment. We had to move our tv stand and the tree still juts out into the walk way. Oh well...

Got the little deer ornament new this year. I'm on a deer kick this year!!

Another one of my new ornaments for this year. Love the sparkles!! Oh..and we actually got that older ball ornament this year too...at the antique mall ...it's from the year I was born (at the antique mall!!!...HEAVEN help!!!).

The tree all lit up at night. I feel so cozy at night when the lights are on. Wish I could do that all year...I'd probably get tired of it though.

The faux fireplace that the hubs built. We got some cabinet doors in Canton last year and he just put it together. SO fun to have a mantle....of course...we can't find the box with our stocking holders....
