Anyway...I've found a great solution for that: Sally Hansen's glitter nail poslish (I suppose any brand would work...but this is pretty inexpensive, which I'm all about). Anyway...I love it! If it chips (and it will) I just glob on a bunch of glitter on the chipped area, let it dry and then do another coat...and I'm good as new. You could never do that with a solid color. Or, at least, I couldn't without my nails look hideous.
This is The Xtreme Wear polish in Strobe Light. It's kind of a pinkish color. But, also kind of grey. Teagan (2.5 year old neice) ADORES the color (and the sparkle...which I'm positive is another thing she inherited from yours truly). And, believe it or not...I get more compliments on my nails with this polish. Best $3 I ever spent.
Of course, I probably wont be getting any compliments on my nail polish photography skills anytime soon.
Oh well, ya win some, ya lose some.

Cute link up! And that is a pretty color. I tried that pinterest pin where you use loose glitter and clear nail polish. Works great!
I need this polish! You had me at pink and sparkle! :)
I loooooooooooove that!
I have that polish, but I haven't tried it just on its own yet. It looks really good! I'll have to try it!
